IT Consulting

Independent judgment that accelerates the hard decisions.

Sometimes you don't need more capacity. You need a clear, independent perspective that helps you decide faster and with conviction. The hardest technology calls are rarely about a shortage of options. They're about cutting through vendor noise, internal politics and sunk cost to make the right decision and commit to it.

We bring independent, vendor-neutral IT judgment across technology roadmaps, vendor selection, architecture and implementation oversight. Because we have no product to sell and no partner quota to hit, the recommendation is driven by your problem and nothing else.

We also stay involved past the decision. An independent eye on delivery keeps vendors and timelines honest, surfaces risk early, and turns a technically successful project into one your organization genuinely uses.

Enterprise PMO and IT strategy for a global infrastructure org

A global IT infrastructure organization had no enterprise PMO, no consistent governance, and no shared roadmap across its run teams.

We built the PMO framework for the global infrastructure organization and partnered with the transformation office to stand up enterprise PMO governance, then set the IT roadmap, infrastructure strategy, lifecycle management and support strategy for the run teams. We also built an enterprise procurement process framework.

  • Enterprise procurement process framework built
  • IT roadmap, infrastructure strategy and lifecycle management defined for run teams
Questions

IT Consulting: common questions

Specifics on how this practice works and where it fits.

What does vendor-neutral mean?

It means we hold no reseller agreements, partner tiers or product incentives. We're not paid by any technology vendor, so our advice is based only on what fits your problem.

Can you review a vendor we've already shortlisted?

Yes. We can run an objective, criteria-based evaluation of your shortlist, pressure-test the business case, and give you a clear recommendation with the risks spelled out.

Do you only advise, or do you help deliver?

Both. Many clients keep us on for independent implementation oversight after the decision, so vendors and timelines stay honest through delivery.

How fast can you turn around a recommendation?

For a defined question, we can often give you a clear direction in two to four weeks. Larger roadmap or architecture work runs longer, but we scope it tightly so you're not paying for a drawn-out study.

Will you put it in writing for our board?

Yes. You get a clear, evidence-based recommendation with the options, trade-offs and risks documented, in a form you can take straight to a steering committee or board.

What if our team disagrees with your recommendation?

Good. We would rather surface the disagreement and work through the evidence than paper over it. Our job is to help you make the call with conviction, not to win an argument.

Let's close the gap between ambition and execution.

Tell us where you're trying to go. We'll bring the strategy, and the discipline to deliver it.
